We are excited to announce the addition of two exceptional professionals to our team: Tibor Bajusz and Deacon Pittman. Both bring a wealth of experience and expertise to our organization, and we are confident they will contribute significantly to our continued success.
Tibor Bajusz: A Veteran in Revenue Cycle
Tibor Bajusz joins us with over 20 years of experience in Revenue Cycle Sales. Tibor’s success in the industry is a testament to his effective team collaboration, exceptional relationship-building skills, and active involvement with the Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA). He has built strong relationships with some of the most notable healthcare providers in Texas, including Ascension Seton Family of Hospitals, University Health System, Conifer Health Solutions, The Houston Methodist Hospital, Parkland Hospital and Health System, and the University of Texas Medical Branch.
Residing in San Antonio, Texas, Tibor enjoys spending time with his two grown children. Although he has no grandchildren yet, he looks forward to the day when he can add that joyful chapter to his life.
Deacon Pittman: Innovator and Leader in Healthcare Revenue Cycle
Deacon Pittman brings 19 years of diverse experience in the healthcare revenue cycle arena. Following in the footsteps of his father and sister, Deacon has driven a company from inception to market leadership, pursued his own patent, and developed multiple new service lines. His career has seen him in various roles, including Business Development Executive, Director of Sales, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and most recently, Director of Operations. Deacon has provided Medicare and Worker’s Compensation reimbursement recovery services, bad debt collections, end-to-end consulting, electronic payment disbursement services, and overseen operations for AdventHealth’s Single Billing Office.
Deacon’s journey to east Tennessee was inspired by his passion for whitewater rafting, a love kindled during his tenure at Georgia Southern University. This summer will mark his 23rd year on the river, where he also serves as a Trainer, Trip Leader, Wilderness EMT, and Swift Water Rescue Instructor. He lives in Hixson with his high school sweetheart, Elizabeth, and their four children: Lillian Vee (12), Bailin Shields (10), Lodin Fortner (8), Brynnen Laurel (2.5), and their Llewellyn setter, D.B. Cooper, affectionately known as “Coop.”
Outside of work, Deacon enjoys a plethora of outdoor activities, including rafting, hunting, fishing, farm maintenance, golfing, wood-turning, barbecuing, and boating. His preparedness for emergencies and his ability to stay calm under pressure make him a valuable asset to our team.
