Your Role at Medical Data Systems Inc
As a Medical Collections Representative, your primary role is to help patients resolve past-due medical bills in a professional and compassionate manner.
Key Responsibilities:
– Contact patients regarding outstanding medical bills and set up payment solutions.
– Negotiate payment plans while following HIPAA and FDCPA guidelines.
– Overcome objections and provide clear financial resolution options.
– Document all interactions in the system accurately.
– Work in a target-driven environment with high earning potential.
